4logist Updates: Document Workflow Automation and More Flexible Email Communication
In this new 4logist release, we have taken another step toward fully automated document workflows, reduced manual work in key transportation management processes, and introduced more flexible email communication settings.
Our goal is to help logistics companies move away from disconnected, manual operations and toward a fully integrated and manageable system.
Automatic Document Creation: Reducing Routine Work
One of the biggest challenges for logistics companies is the constant need to create documents manually at every stage of the transportation process. With this release, that process can now be fully automated.
4logist now allows users to configure rules that automatically generate documents — invoices and service acceptance certificates — when an order reaches a specific status.
As soon as an order moves to the selected stage, the required documents are created automatically, without any employee involvement.
What This Means for Your Business
Previously, document creation was a separate task that added to employees' workload. Now this step is performed automatically, which helps to:
- Eliminate manual document creation
- Reduce the risk of errors and omissions
- Speed up order completion
- Keep accounting and logistics processes aligned
Flexible Email Communication Settings
4logist now supports separate email addresses for each company within your account. When configured, notifications are sent from the designated company email address. If no company-specific email is set, the system uses the default email from the general settings.
How It Helps
Each company can maintain its own communication channel, making email workflows more transparent and easier to manage:
- Separated communications between companies
- No overlap of notifications
- Correct message routing
- Fewer operational errors
Existing 4logist users can start using these new features in their daily operations today.
