UAB “Solario projektai” (hereinafter – the Data Controller) establishes the conditions for the processing of personal data with this privacy policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) when using the website managed by the Data Controller. The conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply each time you wish to access the content and/or services we provide, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) you use.

We confirm that the data of visitors to the Data Controller’s website will be collected in accordance with the requirements of applicable European Union and Republic of Lithuania legal acts and the instructions of controlling authorities. All reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to ensure that the data we collect about website visitors is protected from loss, unauthorized use, and alterations.

The terms used in the rules are understood as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679.

• To request the correction or, considering the purposes of data processing, supplementation of incomplete personal data (right to rectification);
• To have their data destroyed or to stop data processing actions (except storage) (right to erasure and the “right to be forgotten”);
• To request that the Data Controller restrict the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons (right to restriction);
• To the portability of data (right to data portability);
• To object to the processing of personal data when such data is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent related to such direct marketing;
• To contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate in case of personal data protection violations.

If you no longer wish your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, you can write an email to info@4logist.com and object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or to automated processing, including profiling, without stating the reasons for your objection.
