
We continue to improve the 4logist system to help logistics companies work faster, more efficiently, and with fewer routine tasks.
In the March update, we have introduced several important improvements: a new Fleet management section, automatic invoice import from email, deeper integration with tracking systems, and a number of usability improvements that simplify everyday work in the system.
Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.
🚛 New Fleet Section
All information about your own transport is now available in one dedicated place.
We have moved drivers and vehicles into a new Fleet section, making it easier to manage and monitor your transport operations. Here you can access:
- a loading calendar
- operational data for each vehicle
- information about drivers and vehicles
- a clear overview of your fleet activity
This update gives you full visibility and control over your transport resources directly within the system.
📍 Advanced Data from LocTracker
Our integration with the LocTracker tracking system has become even more powerful.
Now the system automatically retrieves:
- total mileage
- empty mileage
- route points based on tracker data
These route points are automatically added to the trip in 4logist, which eliminates manual calculations and reduces the risk of human error.
You receive accurate operational data directly from the tracker, allowing you to better analyze and optimize your logistics processes.
📧 Automatic Invoice Import from Email
We have launched a new service that allows you to automatically import PDF invoices from your email.
Simply connect the necessary mailboxes in the system settings. After that:
- the system will automatically fetch incoming invoices
- documents will appear in the Invoice Import section
- responsible employees will receive notifications about new documents
You can connect multiple mailboxes and assign different responsible persons to process the documents.
This feature significantly reduces the time spent on manual document handling.
⚙️ Flexible Event Configuration
We have added a new event that allows you to recalculate order data automatically when the cargo status changes.
For example, you can configure the system to automatically update financial indicators when the cargo reaches a specific status.
The system will:
- remember the status change date
- automatically recalculate the required indicators
- ensure that all calculations remain accurate
This allows you to automate many operational processes and maintain accurate financial and operational data.
📋 Improved Data Handling and Smart Fields
We have also introduced several usability improvements to make working with requests, orders, and trips more convenient.
Additional Information Transfer
The “Additional Information” field is now automatically transferred from a request to an order, reducing the need for duplicate data entry.
Custom Fields in Sidebar
Custom fields are now displayed directly in the request card sidebar, giving you faster access to important information.
New Filters
We have added filtering by:
- Sender
- Recipient
These filters are available for:
- requests
- orders
- trips
- cargoes
This makes it much easier to search and analyze operational data in the system.
Starting March 5, 2026, we began a phased rollout of the update.
New features will become available to users gradually over the next two weeks.
