New Integration Capabilities
- Integration with TIMOCOM Freight Exchange: We have significantly simplified the cargo publication process. Now you can directly publish requests on the TIMOCOM exchange from 4logist, creating them in our system and instantly sending them to one of Europe's leading transport exchanges. This will save you time and speed up the search for carriers.
- LocTracker: Real-time Synchronization: For more precise control over your own fleet, real-time synchronization of vehicles without trips has been implemented. You will receive up-to-date data on kilometers traveled and working hours in real-time, ensuring full transparency and operational management.
- Integration with Smart Connect: To improve interaction with clients and systematize communications, all correspondence from the Smart Connect service can now be saved directly to the client card in your 4logist system. This ensures a complete communication history and convenient access to important information.
- Invoice Import - with AI Support: We continue to work on improving and optimizing the invoice import process, using artificial intelligence capabilities to increase the accuracy and speed of processing your financial documents.
Expense Detail and Deep Analytics
- New Expense Type Report for Own Transport: A new, detailed report has been added for owners of their own fleet. It provides a full breakdown of costs, including fuel, leasing, road tolls, repairs, and other items, allowing you to more accurately analyze and optimize your budget.
- Expense Categories for Full Control: Now you can detail your expenses to the maximum thanks to the new categories feature. The expense creation form now includes the option to specify a category, ensuring more accurate accounting and analysis of financial flows.
- "Own Transport" Report - Period Analysis: New capabilities have been added to the own transport report. You can now generate reports for a specific period, which greatly simplifies the analysis of cost dynamics and fleet efficiency.
Increased Convenience and Flexibility in Work
- Adding Arbitrary Points to a Route: We have made route planning even more flexible. Now you can independently add arbitrary route points to the directory and then include them in any trip, adapting routes to your specific needs.
- Updated Cargo Form: To make working with cargo even more pleasant and intuitive, we have updated the visual design of the cargo card. The new look provides an improved user experience and a more convenient display of information.
- Changed Numeration Setup Principle: A more flexible system for setting up the numeration of documents and other system elements has been implemented, allowing it to be adapted to the unique requirements of your business.
