What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website sends to your browser when you visit it and stores on your device. This allows the website to "remember" your actions and preferences (such as registration name, language, font size, and other display options) for a specified period, so you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit the site.
Websites use their own and/or third-party cookies. According to their function, cookies are classified as:
- Necessary cookies. These enable basic website navigation or access functions. Without these cookies, the website will not function properly.
- Functional or technical cookies. These allow the website to remember information that determines its operation and appearance, such as the visitor's chosen language or region.
- Statistics or analytical cookies. These collect anonymous information and provide reports to help the website operator understand how visitors use the site.
- Marketing or advertising cookies. These are used to track visitors across multiple websites to provide tailored advertising. They also limit the number of ads shown and help assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These are usually third-party advertiser cookies.
By duration, cookies are classified as session or persistent cookies.
By origin, there are two types:
- First-party or own cookies – created by the website you are visiting.
- Third-party cookies – created by other websites. These sites own certain content displayed on the site you are visiting, such as ads or images.
Trackers and digital identifiers are more advanced technologies that work without cookies (files placed on the user's device). For example, when tracking pixels/tags are used on a website, each time a user accesses a specific element, a 1-pixel image is loaded – this informs the server that a particular user with a specific IP address has accessed that element, and this information is stored on the server. If the user does not consent to data collection, such elements are immediately disabled. Digital identifiers are especially accurate, generated based on the user's smart device, and unique IDs allow later recognition of the same user.
Web beacons, uXDT, or Ultrasonic tracking technology work by generating an ultrasonic signal inaudible to humans but detectable by other smart devices running specific apps at the same time. Using this technology requires a data protection impact assessment.

To optimize marketing messages, we continually use analytics software such as Google Analytics from Google LLC. Personal information may be processed on a server not located in the user's country of residence. We do not share this information with any third parties who could use it freely. If you do not agree to this analysis, you can opt out here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
This website has links to third-party communication channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, where we post information about the company’s activities and which act as separate data controllers. Cookies used by these channels allow us to obtain aggregated statistics and insights about how visitors interact with our posts, ads, website, videos, and other content on these social media platforms.
